Bernie has over 16 year’s business management experience in various sectors. Her experience profile extends to HR, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Customer Service.

Following her successful corporate career Bernie set up Beacon Coaching Consultancy in October 2005. The primary focus of the business is People Development – working with companies to help enhance individual and organisational performance. This is achieved through a combination of coaching, training, mentoring and consultancy.

With her extensive business management skills Bernie brings to the clients table a thorough understanding of business processes and procedures and a particular insight into the myriad of issues that senior executives and business owners face. She is highly attuned to the development needs of employees and to working with companies to help turn employee talent into performance.

Bernie is a graduate of the National College of Ireland and of the US based professional coaching training institute Coach-U. Trained in the art of professional coaching she is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She is also a licensed facilitator for the Coaching Clinic® Programme which is regarded as the leading edge coaching skills training programme.
Bernie is a certified Behavioural and Values Analyst for the Success Insights® Programme and has integrated the understanding of SI® into her successful ‘Selling with Insight’ sales programme. She is also a Business Advisor for Excellence Through People® which is the National Human Resource Management Standard.

Beacon Coaching Consultancy is now registered with FETAC to offer programmes leading to FETAC awards in the National Framework of Qualifications.
